Lem & Melonie Lewis, along with our family, are dedicated to delivering top-tier instruction. We have spent our lives immersed in this industry and have spent many years teaching it to others. We have done it all from horse training & rodeo to commercial offshore diving & aircraft maintenance. We have also operated several successful businesses for over 20+ years. This is not a dude ranch. You will learn real ranching and working cowboy skills on ranches that operate in a working capacity daily. Our passion for teaching drive us to assist others on their journey. We've established a robust network of individuals actively engaged in the ranching industry, eager to share their expertise and skills.
Our philosophy centers on fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for both livestock and participants. We place a very high priority on the well-being of our horses, imparting this principle to our participants. We are committed to meeting individuals at their current stage in their journey, guiding them towards improvement irrespective of their level of experience.
We have Two ranches in central Texas. Our Ranch/Horsemanship clinics are held at our full service training facility in Burnet Tx, just outside Austin . Our Packing/Hunting/Survival clinics take place in the heart of the hill country, surrounded by picturesque hills and valleys. Our locations offer the perfect setting for learning and provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
At Cowboy Clinics, we take great pride in fostering a strong sense of community. Our culture is welcoming and inclusive, promoting a supportive environment where participants are encouraged to continue supporting and inspiring each other well beyond their clinic experiences. Additionally, we organize frequent social events and activities for our alumni, providing ongoing opportunities to learn and compete together.
